Lars Blaabjerg Christensen

As a Danish real estate developer, Christensen is both Founder and Managing Director of Modus InVest. The company primarily focuses on multi-family residential projects throughout the Scandinavian country with a strong presence in both Aarhus and Copenhagen. Established in 2004, Modus InVest has experienced a $10 million turnover in the past year and is seeking to expand into the German market.

Prior to his current role, Christensen spent the previous 10 years assisting a variety of clients with their corporate financials. In addition, he has made several key investments within the wind energy market in northern Denmark. Since 2001, Christensen has owned a number of wind turbines ranging in size from 55kW to 850kW. He presently serves on the board of Bjergby/Tøndering Mollelaug, a turbine society in the townships where he currently owns a Vestas V52 turbine.

Christensen is a Candidate Oecon from the University of Aarhus in Denmark, equivalent to a Master’s degree in Economy.
