Claus Berner Nielsen
Nielsen, Chairman of the Board of Venti Energy A/S and a Partner at Abel & Skovgård Larsen, a Danish law firm, practices corporate consulting and law, international relations, mergers and acquisitions and financials for developing businesses. He was admitted to the Danish Bar in 1996 and to the Danish High Courts in 2003.

Nielsen has lectured at the University of Aarhus and the Danish Bar & Law Society with courses in partnerships and other corporate forms, national and international contracts as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Nielsen holds a LLM (Master of Laws) degree from the University of Aarhus in Denmark and a LLM from the University of Chicago Law School in Illinois.


Jens Funder Berg
One of two founders of ncom, A/S, a media company focused on magazine publication, e-commerce and direct marketing, Berg currently serves as Managing Director. Since 1999, he has engaged new media in sales, public relation tactics and product development. Berg is also involved in developing external partnerships and in handling management buy outs for the company. His background is grounded within the electronic industry in both sales and market management.

Berg is a Candidate Phil from the University of Aarhus in Denmark, holding a Master’s degree in Information Science. In addition, he has received further education in retail management.

Johnny Røn
Owner and Managing Director of Erling Jensen A/S , a construction company building multi-family residences, commercial properties, and recreational facilities throughout Denmark, Røn started with the company in the early 1990s and slowly acquired ownership in the company, taking over in 2004 upon the retirement of its founding owner.

Røn is a Candidate Polyt from the University of Aalborg in Denmark, holding a Master of Science in Engineering.
